Jag märker att jag ofta tänker på mina döda släktingar. Vad vi pratat om ifall de suttit med vid middagsbordet, vad de skulle ha skrattat åt, vilka kommentarer och berättelser de skulle ha kommit med. Vad gick de runt och tänkte på, och vad hade vi skrivit brev till varandra om? Jag har skrivit ett brev till min farmor Lydia, som inte längre lever. Ett meddelande som trasslar in sig i sig själv med himlen som bakgrund.

I've noticed that I often think about my dead relatives. What would we have talked about if they sat around the dinner table, what would they have laughed at, what stories would they have told. Where did their minds wander, what would we have written in our letters? I have written a letter to my grandmother Lydia, who doesn't live any more. A message that becomes entangled in itself, with the sky as background.
